A Chapter Confirmation or Status Letter is often required when a chapter is seeking to open a new bank account or make changes to an existing one.
How to Request:
To obtain a Chapter Confirmation or Status Letter, please submit your request by completing the Chapter Status Confirmation Form. This request will be directed to the ICHQ Compliance Specialist for processing.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in delays.
