What should I do if I have problems registering for TORCH Certification Level 1 classes? 


If you are a financial member (NOT affiliate, honorary, etc.) then you can search the catalog in the eLearning center for "TORCH" - this will bring up the TORCH Level I course for purchase.



Step 1: Log into the Members Only portal by clicking this link: Members Only Portal

Step 2: Sign into the Members Only portal using your user credentials (Enter your Username and Password).




Step 3: Click "RETURN TO ELEARNING" to access the eLearning page.



Step 4: Click Browse Catalog to search for available classes.  You can also type the word "TORCH" in the Search Catalog search bar on the right-hand side.




Step 5: Scroll down to find the TORCH Level 1 Certification class. Then click the Purchase button. The course is free, but you are required to go through the check out process before the course transfers back to your elearning center.




Step 6: After completing the purchase, once again click "Return to eLearning" and then once in the eLearning Center, click the gold "Go to your Learning Center" button in order to open up your personal Learning Center.



Once you open your Learning Center, you should see the TORCH Level 1 Certification listed.


TORCH Level I is an asynchronous course and can be taken at any time in the eLearning Center by financial members. The certification lasts for 2 years from completion and the certificate is stored in the eLearning Center under the 'completed' tab." once you have completed the course.


If you have followed the steps above and still are not able to register for the TORCH Level 1 Certification class, sign out of the eLearning platform by clicking your initials in the top right-hand corner and clicking on Sign Out.



This will take you back to the portal landing page where you can submit a Help Center ricket. The create a Help Center ticket click on the HELP CENTER menu item at the top of the portal landing page and follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
