This is a Commercial General Liability policy secured by Sigma Gamma Rho that is made available, per request and a fee, to all recognized Chapters and Alumni Associations of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. for various events!
Below you will find a link to the Certificate of Insurance request form. Please note the fee associated with the certificate of insurance request is $25 and payment will be required at the time the request is submitted.
Once the request is processed, the Certificate of Insurance will be emailed back to the requestors' email address provided on the request form.
