NO: If a chapter's EIN is in revocation status the chapter cannot apply for a new EIN. The chapter should work with the International Corporate Headquarters (ICHQ) Compliance Specialist (compliancespecialist@sgrho1922.org) to apply for reinstatement of the chapters assigned EIN.
