If a chapter was active at any point in the sorority year for which the EOY is due, it must submit the EOY Report by the July 15 deadline, otherwise a $50 fine will be assessed by ICHQ.

HOWEVER, if a chapter was not active at any point in the sorority year for which the EOY is due, the EOY Report is not required.
