End-of-Year ("EOY") Reports are to be submitted once a year.
To improve operational efficiency, ICHQ has connected the EOY Report to the chapter profile. Each active chapter is required to submit its EOY Report via the chapter profile on or before July 15 annually. Failure to do so by this time will result in a $50 assessment by ICHQ for late submission and the chapter will not be considered in good financial standing until the assessment is paid and report submitted.
