Each active chapter is required to submit Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on or before July 15 annually. Failure to do so by this time will result in a $50 assessment by ICHQ for late submission and the chapter will not be considered in good financial standing until the assessment is paid and form submitted.
