Members must submit a request on the National Website under the Sorors Only > Chapter Resources > Chapter Charter (same form for new charters and reactivations).

To meet the eligibility requirements of chartering or reactivating an undergraduate or alumnae chapter, all proposed charter members must be financial for the sorority year in which the charter request is being submitted.


Your charter endeavors are supervised by the Regional Syntaktes.


CHARTER FEE: $25 (Due at time of Regional Syntaktes Approval)


  1. You must be signed into your Account to submit the Charter Application.
  2. Carefully read all information on Pg. 1 and click NEXT to proceed to the Charter/Reactivation Application Submission.
  3. Carefully read all information on Pg. 2 and click NEXT to proceed to the Charter/Reactivation Application Submission.
  4. Carefully read the instructions before form completion and submission.
  5. Click the + to begin the submission for each required section. Click SAVE & CLOSE after completion of each section.
  6. Once each section is complete, click FINISH.
  7. Confirmation of receipt will be sent once the application has been processed and forwarded to the Regional Syntaktes for consideration.
