The attached 61st Boule Vendor Agreement & Participation Waiver contains the official terms and conditions governing participation as an approved vendor during the 61st Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Biennial Boule.
Please review the Agreement Amendment below, which supersedes certain administrative deadlines contained in the attached Agreement due to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.'s transition from CLC to Affinity Licensing.
Amendments, Effective April 1, 2026
To facilitate Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.'s transition from CLC to Affinity Licensing as the Sorority's exclusive licensing agency, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. hereby extends certain administrative deadlines contained in the executed 61st Boule Vendor Agreement & Participation Waiver.
The 61st Boule Vendor Agreement & Participation Waiver remains in full force and effect. Except for the deadline extensions set forth below, no other terms or conditions have been modified.

For purposes of administering the 2026 Boule Vendor Program:
- References to CLC's platform and the CLC Direct Licensing Hub shall be interpreted as the Affinity Gateway.
- These deadline extensions are provided solely to allow licensed vendors sufficient time to complete onboarding into the Affinity Gateway during the licensing program transition.
Failure to satisfy these amended requirements by July 15, 2026, may result in the denial or revocation of in-person vending privileges in accordance with the 61st Boule Vendor Agreement & Participation Waiver.
