Overview

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. partners with a wide range of vendors and service providers to support its programs, events, operations, and strategic initiatives.


This process applies to general vendors and service providers (e.g., consulting, event services, technology, logistics, etc.) and is separate from the organization’s licensed vendor program for products and merchandise.


All vendor engagements are conducted through a structured, competitive, and transparent process designed to ensure fairness, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.


Ways to Engage

There are two primary ways vendors may work with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.:


1. Respond to Open RFPs

When opportunities are available, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are published on our website.


Follow the steps below to locate current RFP opportunities:

  1. Navigate to the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. national website www.sgrho1922.org 
  2. Click Resources from the main navigation menu
  3. Select Vendors
  4. Navigate to the Vendors page, where all open RFPs are listed





Each RFP outlines:

  • Scope of work
  • Requirements and qualifications
  • Submission instructions and deadlines

Vendors must submit proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in each RFP to be considered.


2. Submit Vendor Interest

If there are no current RFPs that align with your services, you may submit your information through the Vendor & Service Provider Interest Form.


This form is designed for general vendors and service providers only and allows you to:

  • Share your company information and capabilities
  • Indicate the services you provide
  • Express interest in future opportunities

Submitted information may be used to identify and notify vendors of relevant opportunities as they arise.

  • Submission of the Vendor Interest Form does not constitute a proposal or bid
  • Submission does not guarantee selection, contract award, or engagement
  • Submission does not establish vendor status or prequalification
  • Vendors must respond to official RFPs to be considered for any opportunity
