Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. makes it easy for our members and affiliates to identify and support active, approved vendors through the Vendor Directory. This directory provides visibility into vendors who are in good standing and authorized to operate within our licensing program.
Inclusion in the Vendor Directory is based on adherence to program requirements and established timelines.
Directory Updates & Inclusion
The Vendor Directory is updated periodically. Vendors are added only after:
All renewal requirements are completed
Compliance is fully verified through the vendor program administrator.
Completion of payment or submission of materials does not result in immediate listing.
Renewal Timing & Visibility
Vendors who complete all renewal requirements by June 30 each year are included at the start of the cycle and receive full visibility.
Vendors who renew late or fall out of compliance:
Will not be included in the directory at launch
Will be considered for inclusion during a future update cycle after compliance is confirmed
Compliance Requirements for Lapsed Vendors
Vendors who have continued to sell Sigma Gamma Rho intellectual property while not in compliance must:
Complete all current renewal requirements
Pay all applicable fees and royalties for any missed renewal years
Reinstatement is subject to a full compliance review.
Tier Reassignment
Vendors returning after missed renewal periods will re-enter the program at Tier 3 status, regardless of prior tier.
Tier 3 status:
Limits eligibility for national and regional in-person conferences, events, and opportunities
Reflects re-entry into the program and requires demonstrated compliance over time
Program Oversight
To maintain program integrity:
Listings may be added or removed at any time based on compliance status
Inclusion in the directory is managed in alignment with program standards
All updates follow internal review and validation processes

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business impacts, including loss of revenue or missed opportunities, resulting from a vendor’s failure to renew on time, maintain compliance, or adhere to program requirements. Vendors are solely responsible for meeting all deadlines, fees, royalties, and compliance obligations required to maintain active status within the program.
