Vendors interested in participating must complete the online registration and submit all required documentation.

Registration is considered complete only after all required materials, fees, and approvals have been received.
Once registration is complete, you will get access to our discounted accommodation rates directly through the registration portal. Please reference your registration confirmation number for access to that direct link. For housing questions after booking, please email sgrhousing@cmcglobal.com.
Vendor Eligibility Overview
Vendor participation at national and regional in-person events is determined by licensing tier, compliance status, and intended product offerings.
Vendors who intend to sell merchandise or services featuring Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. intellectual property (including the name, Greek letters ΣΓΡ, crest, logos, or event branding) must:
- Be a registered licensed vendor in good standing for at least one (1) full licensing year
- Have achieved Tier 1 or 2 status, reflecting at least $10,000 in annual revenue
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, reporting, and product approval requirements
Vendors who do not plan to sell Sigma Gamma Rho–branded merchandise may apply as community vendors. These vendors are not required to hold a license but must be approved and may only sell non-branded goods or services.
Our eligibility structure is outlined below for reference:
** Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. reserves the right to consider Tier 3 vendors for opportunities, based on their compliance record and good standing.
Booth Information
The vendor/exhibitor registration fees are as follows:
Vendor/exhibitor booth (Standard): $1,500 per booth
Vendor/exhibitor booth (Premium): $2,000 per booth.
Premium booths are placed in higher-traffic areas (e.g., near entrances and main walkways).
Vendors must select the same booth type when reserving multiple booths. If different booth types are selected, the vendor team will contact you to either upgrade or downgrade your selection so that all booths are of the same type and can be placed adjacent to one another.
Each 10’x10’ vendor booth includes:
Back wall
Side drape
(1) Draped table
(2) Chairs
Wastebasket
Booth identification sign
Your vendor kit and booth personalization options will be sent directly from our contract partner once your vendor package has been approved.
Vendors may reserve up to four (4) booths, subject to availability and approval. Select vendors may be offered preferred booth placement and enhanced visibility opportunities as part of premium participation options. Final booth assignments are confirmed 30 days prior to the move-in date.
Schedule
Vendor will be able to move in beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and must move out by 3 P.M. Sunday, July 26, 2026.

All booths must be set prior to inspection. Early breakdown is not permitted.
Additional Fees to Consider
Convention centers may charge additional fees not included in booth pricing, including:
- Load in/Load out Fees
- Electricity
- Internet
- Drayage/material handling
- Cleaning or facility services
These costs are set by the venue and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Details will be provided through the exhibitor service portal.
Merchandise Approval & Product Color Standards
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. places a high value on brand consistency, quality, and presentation. Vendors offering merchandise that includes the Sorority’s name, Greek letters (ΣΓΡ), crest, logos, event branding, or other proprietary elements (“Sorority IP”) must be certified licensed vendors and submit all designs for approval through the Direct Licensing Hub. The Sorority reserves the right to approve vendor participation based on the merchandise offered and materials displayed.
For product development and production, merchandise should align with the Sorority’s official product color standards:
Color usage should be appropriate for the production method (fabric, embroidery, print, or hard goods) and executed with care to ensure clarity, consistency, and overall quality. Merchandise should reflect respectful use of approved symbols and a level of craftsmanship consistent with the Sorority’s Brand. The Sorority reserves the right to inspect merchandise onsite and require removal of noncompliant items.
Licensing & Agreement Requirements
Participation requires vendors to maintain valid FY26 and FY27 licenses with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Vendors should ensure license renewal is completed no later than May 15, 2026, and that licensing remains in good standing through the conclusion of the event.
All vendors must execute and return the Boule Vendor Agreement & Participation Waiver and comply with all licensing, insurance, product approval, and reporting requirements outlined therein.
