Boule 2026 Registration Guide: Key Details and Instructions

Planning to attend Boule 2026? Here’s everything you need to know about registration, accommodations, and participation options. 


By following this guide, you can secure your registration, accommodations, and access to Boule 2026 events—whether attending in person or virtually. Early registration is highly recommended to take full advantage of all opportunities.

Registration


  • Early Registration will close October 31, 2025. As of November 1, 2025, the payment plan will no longer be an option, as there is no longer time to make payments regularly up to the January 31, 2026 deadline.

  • Registration Deadline: Registration will close on April 30, 2026, or once capacity has been reached—whichever comes first. The registration page can be found Here.

  • Refunds and Transfers: No refunds will be issued for registration packages or à la carte items. Transfers will be accepted only for registration packages that have been paid in full, and only to the same membership type, until May 31, 2026.

  • Transfers: Transfers to the same membership type are allowed until May 31, 2026.

  • Discounts: There are no discounts being offered.

  • Registration errors: If a Member has changed type (i.e., from undergrad to graduate) they must change their membership type in iMis prior to attempting to register in order to have that type offered in Boule registration.  Until their type is changed in the membership portal, only the original membership type will be visible.

⚠️ Tip: Complete your registration early to secure your spot and take advantage of early booking benefits for hotels.

Hotel Accommodations

  • Reservation Portal Opens: October 1, 2025.

  • All reservations will begin October 1 with registration confirmation. Registrants will be able to access hotel offerings directly through the registration portal.

  • Priority Access: Early bird registrants will have priority booking with a limited timeframe before reservations open to others. All registrants moving forward (after October 1) will have full access to available inventory.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at booking.

? Recommendation: Register early to ensure you get your preferred hotel and dates. Detailed hotel information will be shared closer to the portal launch.

Transportation Discounts

Details about airline, rental car, and scooter discounts will be shared at a later date. Stay tuned for updates to make travel arrangements more convenient and cost-effective.

Virtual Attendance Option

For those unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available.

  • Virtual Registration Period: May 1 – May 31, 2026

  • Inclusions:

    • Conference gift

    • View-only access to plenary sessions and the awards luncheon

    • Virtual conference workshops

  • Important Note: Virtual attendees cannot vote in any conference matters.
