Pre-Orders: What You Need to Know
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means you're reserving an item before it's in stock. Your order is confirmed right away, but it will ship at a later date once inventory becomes available. Pre-orders are a great way to secure limited or in-demand items in advance—but please note, your item will not ship immediately.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
Pre-orders are fulfilled as soon as inventory is available. While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, all shipping dates are estimates—not guarantees. Delays can occur due to supply chain disruptions, production slowdowns, shipping carrier delays, or seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and excitement as we work to get your item to you as soon as possible.
Checking or Updating Your Shipping Address
Your order will ship to the address entered at checkout, not the one listed in your membership portal. Please make sure the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
If you need to update your address, you can do so through our self-service portal at https://account.sgrho1922.store—as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. If you've already received a “Your order has been shipped!” email, it's too late to make changes, and you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect or delivery change.
Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses that were entered at checkout. If a package is delivered to the wrong location due to address errors, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Canceling a Pre-Order
You’re welcome to cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Simply log into your account at https://account.sgrho1922.store and click the “Cancel” button next to your order before you receive your shipping confirmation.
Once your item is on its way, tracking details will be emailed to the address you used at checkout.
