Sigma Store Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible items.To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
To start a return, please use our self-service portal at
www.account.sgrho1922.store. Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will be subject to a shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Including a photo helps us resolve things faster.
If you receive an item you didn’t order—or an extra item by mistake—please do not keep it. We ask that you return it to sender immediately. If needed, contact our help center to request a prepaid return label.
We conduct regular inventory and shipping audits. If it’s found that an unintended item was received and not returned, your original payment method may be charged for the unreturned merchandise.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item:
- Start a return for the original item within 30 days of delivery
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want
Reminder: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery—even if you plan to reorder.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom items (such as personalized or special-order products)
- Sale items
- Donations
- Gift cards
- Shipping Insurance
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method—minus any applicable fees—within 10 business days.Please allow a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, feel free to reach out.
