Chapters have 30 days from the delivery date to report any discrepancies with TORCH blazer orders, such as:

 

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect sizes
  • Or any other issues


Please assist New Inductees in addressing these matters, including facilitating any necessary exchanges, within this 30-day timeframe. After this period, we will be unable to process claims for missing or incorrect items.



How to Process an exchange:

The following steps should be followed:
  • Go to:  https://track.shipstation.com/f/r/m/QhFCYOXJOHBHfh69LcVUkQ%3D%3D to initiate the return.
  • Enter the order # and zip code where blazers were shipped
  • Select Item to Return, selecting return quantity and reason. 
  • Scroll down and click “Submit Request.”
  • Follow the steps to print the label and return it to the warehouse. 
  • Once your blazer is received, a discount code will be issued to the chapter email on file.  The chapter will need to provide you with the discount code once received.
  • To reorder your Blazer via https://sgrho1922.store/products/official-sgr-blazer-torch-exchanges?ls=6ePdF-u60q-73y-ZC1h9U , enter the code in the “Discount Code” section, select the size needed and submit your order.
  • The cost to return your blazer is $36.60, which covers all shipping and vendor fees. Discount codes will not be issued for blazers returned outside of these instructions.
