Lets go through some "Do's" and "Don't" of utilizing the help center.


QUICK TIP: You can submit a Help Center request using the Help Center Tab or Help Center Widget on the Members Only page.


Do's:

  • Utilize our knowledge base before submitting a ticket. Our knowledgebase has over 150 articles, that cover topics across our 5 key areas of service. Simply search any topic you are looking to inquire about using the  "How can we help you today" search bar, to see what may already be available on the subject. 
  • Submit tickets using the email on your SGRho account/record.
  • Limit CC's and BCC's for confidentiality when submitting a ticket.
  • Include your name, Member ID, Chapter, Region, Email, and Phone Number.
  • Submit a ticket for the fastest and most convenient way to address issues.
  • Ensure your request is detailed, and includes the necessary information that will be needed.
  • Submit screenshots and/or supporting documents, when applicable.
  • Be respectful and patient.

Don'ts:

  • Do NOT submit tickets on behalf of another Soror unless you are a company admin (officer).
  • Do NOT submit multiple tickets regarding the same issue within 5 business days.
  • Do NOT reopen closed tickets. Please submit a new ticket.
  • Do NOT send emails, please use the help center portal or widget.
