1. What is the registration capacity? Registration capacity for the conference is approximately 3,500, however the capacity varies by event.


2. Will Spring 2024 inductees be able to register? Registration is available on a first come, first served basis. Spring 2024 inductees may register and/or purchase a la carte tickets if capacity exists. Please plan your TORCH calendars accordingly 


3. I have been a member for 50 or more years and I plan to be inducted as a Cultured Pearl at the Boule. Do I qualify for Cultured Pearl registration pricing? Your registration category is based on the date you register. Only those who officially have been inducted as a Cultured Pearl are eligible for Cultured Pearl registration pricing. 


4. What is the date by which Life Membership fees have to be paid to be recognized as a Life Member for the Boule? Life membership fees must be remitted to ICHQ by May 1, 2024 to be recognized as a Life Member for the Boule. 


5. Can registrations be changed from one attendee type to another (e.g., a Philo becomes a member after registering or a non-financial member registers as a guest and subsequently becomes financial. Can her registration be changed to an alumnae registration?) Yes, Philo to Alumnae Soror and Guest to Alumnae Soror registration type changes will be allowed. Please click HERE to submit a registration type change request. The deadline to submit the request is May 31, 2024. 


6. Can I change my registration package after I register (e.g., change from Golden Package to Amplify Package)? Once registered, attendees may modify their registration, including changing to a different registration package. However, there are no refunds when changing to a lower cost package. 


7. I am not able to find my registration confirmation number. How can I retrieve it? 

• Go to the main registration website 

• Click on 'Already Registered' in the top right corner 

• Click 'Forgot your confirmation number?' 

• Enter the email address used to register and click 'Submit' 

The system will send an email with the confirmation number. Please remember to check your spam/junk folders. If you have opted out of emails from Cvent then you will not receive the email. 


8. Is the vendor pass for a single day or all days? The vendor pass is for all days the vendor room is open to conference attendees. 


9. If I purchase a vendor room pass and later register for one of the packages, will my vendor room pass a la carte purchase be refunded? All registration packages and a la carte tickets are non-refundable. However, packages and ticket purchases may be transferred to another attendee. 


10. I transferred chapters or completed my life membership payments after I registered. Do I need to update my registration? Attendees do not need to update their registration. All registrations will be updated based on the information at ICHQ prior to the conference. The update will include updating the chapter (for transfers) and life member status. 


11. What is the process for one (1) undergraduate per chapter to receive a complimentary Boule registration? Undergraduate Advisors may refer one (1) undergraduate per chapter to receive a complimentary partial package (or $475 credit to be used towards a full registration package). Click HERE to complete the form. All submissions must be completed on or before January 31, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted .


12. If I register for Boule but am unable to attend, can I have someone pick up my registration and/or gift? Conference gifts will be mailed to registrants before the Boule. In the event a registrant is unable to attend, he/she may click HERE to submit a request to have their registration/conference materials picked up by their designee. The last day to submit the request is July 31, 2024. Pickup will take place on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 10 am to noon CST. The location will be provided in advance. Registration/conference materials will not be shipped. 


13. Which conference hotels are connected to the convention center? The Marriott Marquis Houston and Hilton Americas hotels can be accessed from the convention center through a walking breezeway/skywalk. The Hyatt Regency is approximately 1 mile from the convention center. Daily transportation will be provided to/from the Hyatt Regency and convention center from Tuesday, July 30 through Sunday, August 4. The detailed transportation schedule is forthcoming. 


14. Which hotel is the host hotel? There is no host hotel for Boule 2024. Attendees should book the hotel of their choice based on their budget and/or personal preference.
