Chapter-to-Chapter Transfer Requests are now only available online! 


Please follow these steps to submit your transfer request.


Step 1 - Visit members.sgrho1922.org.


Step 2 - Log into the National Website by entering your Username and Password.


Step 3 - Click on your name in the blue bar at the top right-hand corner of the page.


Step 3 - Click on the Transfer Tab under your profile and play the instructional video about the transfer process before proceeding.


Step 4 - Scroll down to the section entitled "Transfer Request by Soror."


Step 5 - Click on the “+” button on the right-hand side to start the Transfer submission process. A box will open on the screen to enter your Transfer information. You can expand the box by clicking on the square icon in the top right-hand corner to maximize the screen.


Begin to enter your data. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk “*”


  • Enter the date.
  • Select the chapter in which you would like to Transfer.
  • If you are transferring from an Undergraduate to Graduate chapter, be sure to click the box satisfying the question, “Are you transferring from an Undergraduate Chapter to a Graduate Chapter?”


Step 6 - After all information is entered click the Save & Close button to ensure your data is saved for processing.


You should receive a successful submission message indicated in GREEN. If this message does not populate, you can ensure your entry is submitted by checking the Transfer dashboard located on the Transfer tab to review your request. Follow the scroll bar to the right to see your information entered.


What’s Happens Next?

1 - The information that you have entered will also populate on your current Chapter’s dashboard to approve your release from the chapter. (Transferring Soror should advise their current Chapter Basileus that they have submitted a transfer request. If it is determined by the Chapter that the applying member does not owe financial obligations prior to Transferring, please use the TRANSFER Override feature to provide National Dues Clearence. This will advance the member as approved for National Remittance to proceed with a Transfer.


2 - Once approved by your OUTGOING Chapter, the information will arrive to your INCOMING Chapter's Transfer dashboard to approve your entrance.


3 - After the destination chapter approves your entrance, your submission will then be reviewed by our Transfer team to generate an invoice (please note that submissions identified as Undergraduate to Graduate will not receive an invoice due to the current head tax discount.)


4. - Your invoice for Transfer fee can be located by logging into the member portal, members.sgrho1922.org:


Once your fees are remitted in full, ICHQ will transfer your information to the destination chapter selected. 

a.    Select the “Financial Status” Tab on your profile page. 

b.    Scroll down page to the section entitled “Open Invoices.” 

c.    Select the Transfer invoice and click “Add to Cart,” 

d.    Proceed to “Remit” by selecting your shopping cart located in the top right corner of your profile to check out. 

e.    Please be sure to enter all data to process your payment. Payment confirmations will be sent via email to the email address listed on file.


5 - Once your fees are remitted in full, ICHQ will transfer your information to the destination chapter selected.
