Self-Service Returns and Refunds


You can request a return or refund for items purchased on www.sgrho1922.store within 30 days of delivery through our self-service portal at:  https://account.sgrho1922.store. To see all orders placed via the store, you must use the same email used to place the order. Please review our refund policy prior to submitting the request.


1. Go to the portal, Visit https://account.sgrho1922.store


2. Enter your email, Use the same email used when placing the order. You’ll receive a 6-digit code.




3. Check your email and enter the 6-digit code. This will verify your identity and log you in.



4. Find your order. Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your recent orders.


5. Click the three dots next to your order. Select “Request return” from the dropdown menu.



6. Select a reason for return. You’ll be prompted to choose a reason and can add an optional note.


7. Submit your request. Click “Request return” to finalize the submission.


8. Confirmation will appear on the order page. You’ll see a message that your return has been requested and is under review.


9. You’ll also receive a confirmation email. This email confirms your return request has been received.


A Few Important Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, and not final sale.
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved.
