What should I do if the TORCH Training I signed up for is not visible on my account?


The E-Learning System will ONLY recognize you have attended the training session by the associated email address.


Keep in mind, when attempting to attend a TORCH Training Session, you must log into the Portal using the same email address associated with your Member Profile.  Using the email address associated with your Member Profile is the ONLY way the system will know you attended the training session.
