Does ICHQ accept transcripts from Graduate applicants to satisfy education verification?


Yes, applicants for membership into a Graduate Chapter can submit an official transcript to satisfy the education verification. However, they should not upload any transcripts during the application process.


Instead, we ask that all applicants who must submit a transcript for their education verification, submit an official transcript. An official transcript is one that is sent via your accredited university or an approved third-party vendor such as Parchment, National Clearinghouse, etc. Most transcripts can be requested through your institution. Please ensure the official transcript is sent directly to torch@sgrho1922.org. 


If your university does not participate in e-transcription services, your university may mail an official transcript in a sealed envelope via USPS to our headquarters at the address listed below.
