My aspirants are having a hard time accessing the Terms & Conditions packet. What do they do?



Applicants will not receive the Terms and Conditions Packet with their invitation email.


Instead, prospective members will be asked to provide their email address when they complete the TORCH Application. ICHQ will request email addresses for the applicant, a parent/guardian email (if under 21), and the Membership Chair (or Undergraduate Advisor).  ICHQ will send a link from Adobe to the emails provided to obtain electronic signatures. The signature workflow order is:

 


1st - The Applicant

2nd - The Parent/Guardian (if under 21)

3rd - The Membership Chair or Undergraduate Chapter Advisor

 


Please Note - Due to the expected high volume of applications received, ICHQ asks that you allow 3-5 business days to receive the Terms & Conditions link from Adobe. 


If the links are not received after 5 days, then the Membership Chair (or Undergraduate Advisor) should open a Help Desk ticket if any issues are encountered. The Help Center is available on the National website using the Help Center tab on the top menu bar or the Help Center widget at the bottom right-hand corner.  Please note, any deviation from this instruction will delay the applicant's review and approval timeline.
