Rhoer affiliates must complete an application using a link sent from the Advisor of the Rhoer affiliate chapter.
The Rhoer affiliate intake process includes the following steps.
STEP 1: The Advisor for the Rhoer Chapter submits a calendar for approval by the Regional Rhoer Coordinator and ICHQ.
STEP 2: ICHQ checks compliance requirements which includes:
- Chapters & Members must be financial in the sorority year that the calendar is being submitted for. ICHQ checks the financial status for the Advising Chapter and the Rhoer Advisor.
- Chapter reports for the Advising chapter must be submitted and all applicable late fees paid.
- Arbitration Agreement for the Advisor must be on file at ICHQ.
STEP 3: ICHQ will send the calendar approval email with the Rhoer application link.
STEP 4: The Rhoer Advisor must send the application link to applicants.
STEP 5: The applicant completes the application and pays the induction fees by the Rhoer Round up Date.
STEP 6: ICHQ confirms that induction fees are paid.
STEP 7: Induction ceremony is held, and affiliates are accepted into the Rhoer affiliate chapter.
