Becoming a Licensed Vendor 


Thank you for your interest in becoming a licensed vendor for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. We look forward to the value you will bring to our organization's product marketplace. 


Our licensing program consists of three vendor tiers:


  • Tier 1 - Vendors that are National Partners and Collaborators 
  • Tier 2 - Vendors that sell annually over $10,000
  • Tier 3 - Vendors that sell up to $10,000 annually


We review and process NEW applications once a year during a 2-3 month period. Licenses are valid for one fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).  Licenses must renew their licenses annually, to remain an active licensee.

  • To become an FY27 (2026–2027) licensed vendor - Apply from January 1 – March 30, 2026
  • To become an FY28 (2027–2028) licensed vendor - Apply from January 1 – March 30, 2027
  • To become an FY29 (2028–2029) licensed vendor - Apply from January 1 – March 30, 2028
  • To become an FY30 (2029–2030) licensed vendor - Apply from January 1 – March 30, 2029

Please note the following ABOUT our Licensed Vendor Program :

  • New vendors will automatically be assigned Tier 3 status for the first licensee year. 

  • Applications submitted will only be reviewed during the application windows posted.  

  • Tier 1 partner vendor applications may be considered at any time during the fiscal year.

  • Once your initial license has been approved, the license renewal period is from May 1- June 30 annually. 

  • Upon acceptance into the program, you will need to provide payment and proof of insurance.

  • Skipping annual renewals may result in ineligibility to participate in In-Person Conferences, Events, and Opportunities.

  • Licensees are required to adhere to our brand guidelines (attached) for the use of our trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property.

  • Licensees must submit mockups of all licensed products for artwork review before launch.

* Royalties depend on project scope and will be pre-established with the vendor for each project.

** Sigma Gamma Rho, reserves the right to consider Tier 3 vendors for opportunities, based on their compliance record and good standing.
