HOW DO I RECEIVE THE NATIONAL COMMUNICATION?

All members will receive the National Communication, i.e. The Golden Communique, distributed via email on the 22nd day of every month! Please make sure that your contact email address is correct inside the member portal and to also ensure that your email address is registered through our Marketing Distributer, Contant Contact. I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE NATIONAL E-BLAST COMMUNICATION, BUT I USED TO, HELP!

Still having trouble getting registered or not receiving National Communications? No problem. Please submit a ticket to our Help Center. This is the fastest most effective way to resolve the issue. Every effort will be made to troubleshoot the error so that we can deliver your E-News. Please anticipate a resolution within 5-7 business days. QUICK TIP: Did you know that you can update your email address in the member portal? Our 24/7 self-service features allow you to make quick updates to your profile to keep you connected. Simply login to the member portal and review your About Tab for any contact information errors. Need to update? Scroll down the page to the Address section and click on the pencil edit tool in the upper right corner. Be sure to enter in all corrected data, then SAVE & CLOSE! Your results should be immediately available for review.

AURORA! WHERE ARE YOU?

Much like the Golden Communique, the Auroura Magazine is also distributed to all members using the address listed in the Member portal. Please ensure that your mailing address is listed with no errors to avoid a returned delivery. If you have had any address changes during the time of magazine issue distribution, please contact:
