I Am Who I Am

We all understand how life brings about change. Whether newly married, a change of identity, or recently divorced; your profile name, much like your username, is still your unique identifier in the member portal. When members wish to update or change their listed member name within the portal, we require you to produce verifiable information to ensure accurate account updates and to keep your privacy protected.

HOW DO I REQUEST A NAME CHANGE/NAME UPDATE?

All members are required to submit supporting documents to complete a name change request. Please submit all requests and attached files via the Help Center. Once we receive it we will respond with a "completed status" email asking you to log in to the portal to review and confirm your results. Below is a list of acceptable supporting documentation you can attach to submit your request:

  • Current Valid Driver License
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Divorce Decree
  • Social Security Card



QUICK TIP: Your privacy is of great importance to us. Please do not mail in original copies of your supporting documents to ICHQ.
