Ruby Recognition applications are accepted at certain times of the sorority year based on regional conferences or Boule schedules. The International First Grand Anti-Basileus informs ICHQ when to open the application portal.

Cultured Pearl applications are accepted at certain times of the sorority year based on the Boule conference schedule. The International First Grand Anti-Basileus informs ICHQ when to open the application portal.
